Siberiako neskatila ausarta / La valiente niña siberiana / The brave Siberian girl

Synopsis

La niña Saglana, con sólo cinco años, vive en casa de sus abuelos mientras su madre está trabajando en el pueblo, situado a veinte kilómetros. Sin embargo, una vez a la semana, su madre les visita, llevando siempre algo que contar. Los abuelos también cuentan a la niña múltiples historias y cuentos, y escuchándolos Saglana va aprendiendo lecciones de vida. Pero en un momento dado, la abuela enferma y la niña es la que tiene que salvarla, porque el abuelo no puede dejar sola a la abuela. En un “quad” Saglana tendrá que atravesar el crudo invierno siberiano y enfrentarse a cosas realmente terroríficas, como el oso Kankailu. ¿Conseguirá salvar a su querida abuela?

The girl Saglana, only five years old, lives at her grandparents’ house while her mother is working in the village, twenty kilometres away. However, once a week, her mother visits them, always bringing something to tell. The grandparents also tell the girl many stories and tales, and by listening to them, Saglana learns life lessons. But at one point, the grandmother falls ill and it is up to the girl to save her, because the grandfather cannot leave the grandmother alone. Saglana will have to go through the harsh Siberian winter on a quad bike and face some really scary things, like the Kankailu bear. Will she manage to save her beloved grandmother?
